Terms of Service & Subscription Agreement
1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application provided by Core AI Apps ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.
Your continued use of our services constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Core AI Apps.
2 Subscription Services & Billing
We offer premium features through auto-renewing subscription plans.
- Billing Cycle: Depending on your selection, you will be billed on a Weekly, Monthly, or Annual basis.
- Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any price changes will be communicated via the platform (App Store / Google Play), and continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
- Payment Processing: All transactions are processed via third-party platforms (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not store or manage your credit card or bank details directly.
Secure Processing: All payments are handled via Apple App Store or Google Play Billing. We never store your credit card or banking details.
3 Free Trial & Promotional Offers
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly specified at the time of sign-up.
Important: Free trials automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period. To avoid charges, you must manually cancel the subscription in your device settings at least 24 hours before the trial expires.
Failure to cancel before the trial concludes will result in a non-refundable charge for the subsequent billing period.
4 Cancellation & Refund Policy
You are solely responsible for managing your subscriptions. Core AI Apps does not have the technical ability to cancel subscriptions or process refunds on your behalf.
Cancellation Method: You must manually cancel your subscription via the active account management portal of the platform you used to make the purchase (Apple ID or Google Account).
No Partial Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. All refund requests are subject to the exclusive authority and policies of Apple Inc. and Google LLC.
To cancel your subscription on iOS (iPhone or iPad):

Open the Settings app on your device.

Tap your Apple ID / Name at the very top of the screen.

Tap "Subscriptions." (If you do not see it, tap "Media & Purchases" then "View Account").

Find and tap the subscription associated with Core AI Apps.

Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your choice.
To cancel your subscription on Android:

Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.

Sign in to the correct Google Account linked to your subscription.

Tap your profile icon, open the Menu and tap "Payments & subscriptions."

Tap Subscriptions and select the subscription you want to cancel.

Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen prompts.
Note: Uninstalling or deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must manually cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play account to stop future automated charges.
5 Intellectual Property Rights
The software, including but not limited to code, designs, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of Core AI Apps and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
6 Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Core AI Apps expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that data recovery/transfer results will be 100% accurate.
7 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Data Integrity: Core AI Apps is not liable for any loss of data, corrupted files, or hardware damage resulting from the use of our utility tools. Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of all critical data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Core AI Apps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claims under these terms is limited to the total amount paid by you to the company in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Core AI Apps harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these terms or misuse of the app.
8 Third-Party Affiliations
Core AI Apps is an independent developer. Our applications are not authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by Apple Inc., Google LLC, Samsung, or any other hardware manufacturer or service provider.
All third-party trademarks are used for descriptive purposes only.
9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Core AI Apps is legally registered.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
10 Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the app after such modifications serves as your agreement to the updated terms.
